Vendor Information

Vendor check-in and load-in times will be included in your Vendor Packet and also reviewed in the mandatory vendor virtual meeting. Load-in begins early Friday morning. Please be on time!

Designated vendor parking is located in the field next to the Monticello-Jefferson Co. Chamber of Commerce (420 W. Washington Street) Vendors may also park around Monticello's downtown area in designated public parking areas. Vendor parking is NOT ALLOWED: - in the First Bank parking lot - along Jefferson Street - along Waukennah Street - along High Street

YES! All vendors must check in at their designated check-in location BEFORE setting up.

Friday 3 PM - 9 PM Saturday 9 AM - 3 PM

Yes — for safety and event flow, vendors are required to remain set up and staffed for the full festival hours on both days.

The festival is rain or shine. Please plan accordingly.
