About the event

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our 2026 Watermelon Festival.


To ensure a diverse and successful marketplace, the Watermelon Festival reserves the right to limit the number of vendors offering similar items. This policy helps provide all vendors with a fair opportunity to sell their products. Vendor selections will be made on a first come, first served basis, pending approval. If you wish to add or change items after submitting your application, please contact our office for approval at (850) 997-5552.


If you plan to submit payment by check, please contact our office first. This is a non-refundable event unless cancelled by Festival Staff.

    Each Food Vendor Space is 12'x15'. Please choose the correct number of vendor spaces to fit your ENTIRE setup.

  • Preferred Vendor Space

    Each Vendor Space is 12' x 15' and will get to choose their Preferred Placement. Please choose the correct number of vendor spaces to fit your ENTIRE setup. Limited availability.

  • Vendor Space

    Each Vendor Space is 12' x 15' and will be Standard Placement. Please choose the correct number of vendor spaces to fit your ENTIRE setup.

  • Non Profit Vendor Space

    Each Vendor Space is 12' x 15' and will be Standard Placement. Please choose the correct number of vendor spaces to fit your ENTIRE setup.
